Your chance to stay in a cult compound

Yes, you can spend a romantic evening in a real cult compound! America’s Most Wanted Bed and Breakfast (aka Zion’s Most Wanted Bed and Breakfast) was originally built as the home Warren Jeffs would share with his estimated 75+ wives. Jeffs, the self-proclaimed prophet of the Fundamentalist Church of Latterday Saints, instructed his followers to build the massive home for him in 2011. It features double thick doors and a 12 foot fence surrounding the property. So not only do you get a taste of the cult life, you are also protected in the event of various apocalyptic disasters. Sadly, Jeffs never had a chance to live in his polygamous palace. Jeffs has been incarcerated since 2007 and in 2011 was sentenced to life in prison for sexually assaulting two underage followers he took as brides in what he deemed “spiritual marriages.”

Rates at America’s Most Wanted B&B are very reasonable starting at $75 a night. A complimentary breakfast buffet is included as well as other amenities such as mountain views, wifi, vending machines, private bathrooms and free toiletries.

The bed and breakfast has a 4.5/5 star rating on TripAdvisor.
